The Oracle

The team at the property have no compassion for anyone. My partner and myself both have covid and are in Sydney. We have had to cancel our flights and holiday.We have tried to move the booking to another date or even have a credit and the property is advising that the booking is non refundable and we are to lose $800Truly unacceptable during these unprecedented times. You would think that during a global pandemic the hotel would have a little bit of compassion for people.We will never be booking here again and will be sure to tell all family and friends about our terrible experience.

The “Oracle tower 2”has nice apartments with nice views. We didn’t have any problems in our stay.The apartment very fresh with all the facilities including (laundry, washing mashing, dishwasher, oven, etc).The Broadbeach area is good, has plenty of places to eat and drink, no to crazy as Surfers Paradise.Easy to walk to the beach and easy to get public transport.I recommend the place.We booked on Airbnb but probably you will find room with #Peppers hotel/accommodation.

Amazing location and the rooms were quite spacious. The apartment is well equipped. There are plenty of restaurants around. Woolies and BWS just down the road if you'd like to cook some home meals.

We stayed in the sub penthouse, tower 1, for the weekend. Great view, great location great place!

Well overpriced. So called 2 bedroom apartment was too small. Many more spacious apartments for cheaper rates nearby. In some cases, almost half the price! Nowhere near worth the spend. Also, local longer term residents hate the tourists. They scowl at you in the lifts and in the public spaces. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome for the entire stay.

My Favourite place to stay in Broadbeach. The best location to very thing. 5 star accommodation and views to die for. Hope the new apartments don't ruin that view. Worth every dollar.

We AIRBNB a apartment in The oracle by Christine. Beautiful views and restaurants and shops very close by! Probably we had with our 2bedroom apartment was 2 pillows were covered in MOULD , cutlery had dried food on it! Shower pressure was not strong and drains in shower weren’t draining fast! Single beds were also very uncomfortable extremely hard! Definitely didn’t feel like the million dollar apartment Christine kept mentioning. Christine also reminded us that it’s a no smoking building yet we could smell the neighbours smoking.

What a fantastic area to stay, easy access to all amenities. Dining, the beach, swimming, great walks and of course the night life. I will be back such a wonderful apartment we had

It's a nice big apartment, but be careful if you're leasing from a private owner rather than the resort itself. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. There was no coffee or coffee cups supplied which was disappointing. Also our washing machine was broken and it took a few days to organise a new one. The pillows are very hard and uncomfortable but this is fairly standard in hotels. The view is amazing. Fantastic location close to the beach, park, restaurants and pacific fair. Very big kitchen for an apartment and foxtel on TV. The bathrooms are very nice, but for this standard I would expect a spa bath, but only had a standard bath. The main pool is great. Very big with a heated spa bath.
