I've been getting my eye brows done here for just over a year now and they are amazing. Great price, friendly staff and they do an excellent job.Highly recommended.

Honestly the worst. I left feeling ashamed and embarrassed of my hair. After getting my hair done at Vask, I was too scared to leave the house for months. The staff are rude bullies and I have told everyone looking to get their hair done to AVOID THIS PLACE. This review is me being nice too.

Absolutely the rudest people. I avoid this place now and will never go back. I gave it a star as they did my hair fine but the way they treat people is awful. After you have left the store they will make harsh judgemental comments and laugh like it is the hight of comedy. After I overheard what they said about me and another lady they were working on I was crushed and angry but to embarrassed to let them know I had heard them. I will never go back to these people ever.

Just before Christmas I took my ten year old son to get his ear pierced, he already has one ear done and was wanting the other done.The lady who was the piercer (the tall lady who may be the owner of the salon I feel) was out of the salon temporarily so while we waited another nice lady helped us pick the earing's and got everything ready.My first impression of the tall lady when she returned was that she was rude to the other lady and obviously did not listen to her because she bought the earing selection to us to choose again and I had to tell her we had already chosen and the nice lady had put it in the room ready to go. This is when I told her twice that he had his ear pierced and we were here to get the other pierced.So we go into the room and she says my son should put his current earing back in (it was a big gawdy stone mind you) so she could see how it sat' in his ear. I thought this odd

Great environment. Staff were friendly and sincerely caring with all clients. Speaking as a very particular ex hairdresser, today was technically one of best hair cuts I have had in years. My stylist spent time to listen, understand, and create something fabulous for me. Good value for money. Thank you Team Vask!

If you book someone in for a 10am hair cut then that’s the time their cut should be. Not only was the lady on the phone absolutely rude. We rocked up before 10 to get my 2 year old son a haircut and the lady said won’t be long. There was one lady washing hair and 2 out the back chatting doing nothing. Not once did the lady say they were running late. It got to 10:10 and still we were waiting and no one had said anything. I then asked if they are running late upon which the lady washing another clients hair stated ill be another 15 minutes at least… why didn’t the lady tell me that when we walked in. Time is money and you have wasted my time and your customer service is absolutely shocking. Definitely will not be using you guys ever again! Would not recommend.

I have been seeing Vicki for over 20 years at her salon first in Nerang and followed her to her home Salon when she changed location. Her staff is always friendly and helpful. Her home salon is both clean and modern. I highly recommend her salon for both hair and waxing services.
