Not happy with the end of lease clean they were suppose to do.-Dead bugs left on window seals.-Marks on walls not wiped.-Still stains on carpet.-Floors still dirty-Tea towels and cleaning products thrown in a pile out side with rubbish.-Back door left unlocked.At this stage would strongly think twice before booking these people.

Contracted Ivory to take care of end-of-lease cleaning on my apartment, because I've heard good things about them. Quote provided was reasonable and the booking process was fast. The cleaner, Sahan, arrived on time and did a fantastic job. However, the reason I'm giving them three stars is because of some miscommunication that occurred when Sahan arrived. I lived in an apartment building, which meant registering and coordinating a parking lot for the service was mostly up to the discretion of the apartment managers. Due to wrong instructions provided by my building's people, Sahan was unable to enter the building to park upon arrival. Despite calling me numerous times, reception on his side was unclear and I wasn't able to hear him. The HQ had to call me to resolve the issue, and staff at HQ were incredibly rude. I tried explaining to them that miscomm happened on my end and that I was trying to solve it to help Sahan enter the building, but two unnamed men on the phone were not hearing me out. Another man in particular, who I assume is a manager of sorts, was borderline yelling at me over the phone saying the same thing about needing to let Sahan in while I was trying to explain what's happening on my end with concierge being unavailable and/or occupied and wrong instructions given to me which caused problems in letting Sahan in. Both men were cutting me off with the same speech and not letting me speak. When I asked why Sahan himself was not communicating this to me personally via text or any other form of communication (to make the process less convoluted), this man proceeded to yell Thank you." on the phone while I was speaking and hung up on me. This really soured my experience with this company despite the job well done by Sahan himself. I don't know who was on the phone with me that day
