I’ve just had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful new Tudor from here through Rene, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The store itself is immaculate and if you appreciate watches as much as I do, you’ll find this place akin to Disney Land. Rene allowed me to try on pieces ranging from entry level to ultra luxury never expecting from me that I’d buy anything at all. We ended up having an hour long chat about our mutual love for Horology and I knew at that point that I would call Rene and Monards my chosen Authorized Dealer. Thank you, Rene! Had such a lovely experience at Monards Gold Coast!Was looking for a watch for my birthday and was not disappointed by Monards - such friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff.I was treated very well by Wing (boutique manager), who at all times was very patient, answered all my questions, and was integral in helping me decide between a shortlist of watches.I was initially worried that Gold Coast stock wouldn't be as extensive as Melbourne or Sydney, but Wing had a huge selection of high horology pieces and exactly the watch I was looking for.After a couple visits I walked out with a Blancpain FF Bathyscaphe that I had wanted for years. Very happy with my purchase, and very happy with my experience with Wing and his team. Just Picked up my Tudor Black Bay GMT. This is a very difficult watch to get as there is a waitlist. Rene is an amazing guy who likes to look after locals and promised me he would do his very best to secure me the watch that I've wanted for years. It was worth the wait!
