I have been a patient at Evado for a few years now, and I am extremely satisfied with level of care and lessons I received.I initially sought help for my lower back issues, which made it difficult for me to stand and walk for extended periods of time.My physiotherapist gave me some exercises and introduced me to clinical Pilates.After a year of clinical Pilates sessions I changed to group Pilates classes, which have been game-changing for me.They have helped strengthen my core muscles and enhance my body awareness.The exercises were tailored to my needs and capabilities, and I could feel the positive impact on my lower back stability and mobility.Furthermore, the entire team at Evado Point cook has been friendly, professional, and caring.I am truly grateful for the care I have received at Evado and highly recommended all service.

Being a member for more than a year and Cindy Wong, my physiotherapist, is excellent. The place is very clean and well maintained facilities. Evado has friendly staff, very flexible in terms of scheduling. Very happy so far.

I have worked with Gabby one of the head physios for a few years now, having a originally torn my ACL back in 2019 and other injuries I have been unable to play football for 4 years, with Gabby’s help and guidance I played my first game in 1687 days last Saturday and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She is a true professional and I would recommend anyone dealing with sport related injuries to seek help from her.

I love the studio. For the first time I feel motivated to go 5/6 days a week. The trainers are very friendly and help to change Excercises as per your body requirements. Many thanks to Evado management and staff.

I have been coming to Evado for a number of years now. It’s a family friendly environment and the instructors create a happy and friendly atmosphere. The classes are also tailored to your capability or adjusted to accomodate any injuries you may have. I highly recommend Evado.

I love my classes at evado, its a very clean, hygienic studio. The staff is extremely friendly. I had joined the trial classes and not i am planning to get back to the studio with full fledged membersship programme as I have tried other studious in point cook and they are not even half as good.
