Just had a coffee, decent. Inside feels a little austere, but the staff were pleasant, good times playing and proximity to the amazing library is a plus as well.

Nice little cafe in the most beautiful library of Sydney.They organise a Latin event on Sunday evenings from around 7pm till 10pm with a music band which is not really advertised on their website or social network

Good location and busy with people wanting a coffee or snack while reading or working on their computer. Coffee was average and I felt the staff are new to cafe work (a bit all over the place). Needs more time before it can be a well run cafe.

Wanted to visit a dog friendly place for an evening tipple/food. They were happy to take my booking but didn't mention the $10 entry fee. It's a club (not a bar) on Sundays, even if you don't want to dance, you need to pay for a table to have drinks/food. Nowhere does it say this on their website so unfortunately we left. Go to a nearby pub with your pup instead if you want to chill with a bev (and can have a chat with your company without screaming). Please make it clear on your website of entry fees.

Dont waste your time enquiring about this venue. They venue host waste your time by responding with an auto response expressing interest in hosting your event and asking questions. Your response to that message will get you radio silence, nothing across phone, txt or email. Not even if you respond on the same day in reasonable amount of time.Planning an even shouldn’t be made hard by a venue manager wasting people’s time. A venue manager should at least have the decency to answer messages. Clearly they are too cool to answer messages or doesn’t know how to answer some simple questions by someone who has shown they are very flexible with what they are enquiring about.The venue host is that careless, unresponsive and unprofessional it wouldn’t surprise me if you do manage to make a booking he would allow randoms in off the street to indulge in your catering and private event.Very good to know a bar me and my work colleagues attended most weeks has 0 care towards their customers and enquires.

5 Stars! I really like this cafe. It’s quiet, there’s space to think, the staff are down-to-earth, and importantly the coffee is very good. It’s a lovely design, yet understated. Goes well with the Green Square Library. Could be a new favourite for me when I’m in this part of the world. (Sorry Mecca, but you can keep your hype.)

Best outdoor bar in Sydney.They create an amazing atmosphere with live music every weekend, and children/pet friendly too.The owner was an absolute gentleman (and not afraid to do the dirty work)

A unique little bar right outside green square library. Love the live music and outdoor seating vibes. Cocktails are delicious and well made and staff are super friendly, definitely one of my go-to’s in zetland!

Not often you get a cafe in a library, but even more rare is that the cafe actually serves drinks! Staff are nice and helpful, while the drinks are strong and amazing value during happy hour! Live music on Fridays so if you can line up a sunny day, you’ll have it all sorted.
