I was lucky to find Adam. He was able to help me out very quickly in an emergency with a damaged laptop, provide the information I needed and provide advice and support in purchasing a new laptop. While setting up the new laptop, Adam patiently explained the things I needed to know and answered all my novice questions. Thanks Adam.I will definitely use your services again in the future :)

I’m really happy with the service Adam provided and the results. I had some issues with home internet post NBN install. Adam responded really quickly, fixed the problems and advised me on improving the network. So nice to have a good IT guy who doesn’t charge the earth. I recommend him highly.

Adam updated the software and Ram of my 6 year old computer earlier this year, making it like a brand new one. He noted all my requirements in detail,, gave great suggestions, was very courteous, timely and helpful. All my precious files, photos and personal data were in safe hands. And best of all for my, he spoke in plain English, not geek speak... and respectfully. No question I asked was a treated as a stupid question. I can fully recommend Adam to any individual or organisation that needs reliable, trustworthy IT support and advice.

Adam is a gun. He was great through all stages of our renovation from initial planning, suggesting things I wasn't even aware of, and then particularly when it came to installation. We had several complications with Telstra on both fixed/wireless connection/reception which required several revisits from Adam which he did at short notice for us. He's also a very nice guy and great at explaining complex (at least to me!) IT issues. Highly recommend!
