First time there, and loved it. Didn't check out prices or buy anything. Just enjoyed the atmosphere.

Always helpful. Had amazing service today. Sales person knew her products & helped me with resolving bedding colour combinations which was so professionally done. Will always shop here!!!

Went to this store on Sunday with my two nieces, we were very well looked after, the store was immaculate and we ended up with arm loads of great stuff... such a great experience with the two ladies who helped us.Thankyou

Amazing, love the way the store smells. It smells soooo good. I love the Brand. I buy all my bedding from this Brand. Now I know this store is within driving distance and I can get my items sooner. Faye is professional, lovely, and very helpful.

A favourite shop of mine. They have a great club with membership lower prices. Online the site is easy to navigate click and collect or fast delivery service… but the store shopping is such a wonderful experience you need to go in if you can. The staff are very helpful and the layout is clean and wall of cushions are sorted in colour. There is everything you need to make your home look and smell beautiful. I just changed all my bedding again the quality is fabulous and the choices are endless recommend Waurn Ponds store

Awful customer service. Wanted to return 2 candle holders that were purchased 3 days prior and couldn’t find my receipt. My items however were on file under my name. Isabella checked this. When I purchased the items I was told by the cashier that if I lost my receipt it didn’t matter as the items were on file under my name so I could exchange or return without it. The manager on Saturday refused to return my items without a physical receipt even though my items were on file under my name that showed I had purchased the items a few days ago. She would not do this even if I showed ID. She then went on to say that no stores return items without a receipt. This is not true. Adairs, JB HIFI, bunnings, will all return items if they are on file. Even Kmart and target return items without a receipt. Towards the end she got smart and that wasn’t necessary. Learn some manners and honour what has been told to the customer even if it did not come from you

10/10 for customer service. Being sent a list from your wife to go and get is always daunting. But the staff here were so friendly and helpful with getting everything I needed. The patience and respect the staff member gave me was next level. With multiple FaceTime calls and rearrangements and changes to the assortment of stems, it was done in such a polite and friendly manner.

I love the store and the things they stock however this has got to be up there with the worst customer service you will receive. The staff are too busy speaking with one another to even glance up or acknowledge a customer walking in. Rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful. I have been in many times and often walk around the store at least 5 times before I then have to seek out a staff member for some assistance. Really disappointed in the poor customer service that people think is acceptable. A smile is free, and an essential part of your job working in customer service.
