I just bought a double quarter pounder burger and it was as old as my grandma, I think the young generation z do not care about their job or customers, this burger should of been thrown out or given to someone for free, I think if they employ some staff over 30 yrs of age that has some decency the food would be much much better. And if you ask for fresh meal they look at you like you have two heads they have no idea, I have pulled it apart to see if any of it was good enough to feed to my dog but my dog deserves better then this, I’d love to come feed this to all the employees see how they like it, worse McDonald’s I have ever tried period

Just a tip. If an order does not say to remove the pickles from the burger, DO NOT REMOVE THEM.I was so sick of ordering from this location and every single time my pickles are missing from my cheeseburgers. So I specifically went inside this time to pick up my order just so I could tell staff face to face to ensure the pickles are not left off. I get home, and the pickles are still not on my burgers despite me going out of my way to do this. Train your staff to make your burgers how they are supposed to be made.

Don't recommend ordering apple pies unless you want them soft and 2 and a half hours old. Also seems to be that there is always a problem with the ice cream machine on a hot day. Rookie mistake

went through drive through, ordered a big mac and after waiting half an hour got home and realised it had been in the bin. thinking back i remember the manager looking over at the co worker who had given me it, gave her a disgusting look and told her to give it to me. i cannot even comprehend how a business can grab something out of the bin and give it to a customer i am beyond shocked.

If you dine in then expect the worst customer service and also a long wait for your food. When you do finally get your food it’s cold because it’s handled by the slowest workers you can imagine and you’d be lucky if you got an apology for the wait. If you have no choice but to eat here, I’d recommend doing drive through as they prioritise it over dine-in customers but expect to be parked.

The order machine didn't print a receipt and there was no screen to show current orders, so I had to ask one of the staff in order to find out if my order has actually gone through.Food itself was good, though the presentation of the burger could be a bit better.Something that bothers me with Australian maccas is the excessive packaging used and that all the trash is thrown in the same bin with no sorting for recycling...

Im not one to leave reviews but I hope this sees management, i once years ago worked for this particular franchise as my first job, and my experience was amazing, the team were dependable and super focused on customer experience.It’s unfortunate to see the quality of not only food but the attitude towards the service provided, I can understand being in a high traffic area this restaurant gets super busy at certain times, but to wait for a single meal for 30+ minutes is disappointing, especially when you are watching management beg employees to do their job.In the time I was waiting I had seen employees on multiple occasions walking out of the kitchen to shake hands chat with friends who have walked in, had watched the same two employees pace up and down kitchen swinging their arms complaining that they didn’t want to be there, a group of 3+ employees stop working to laugh at videos on their phone for a extended period of time.The crew seems like an absolute mess, and it’s sad to see, hopefully management picks their act up and manages the crew!I’d love to see things turn around, I will not be coming back for a long time especially after seeing what goes on behind the kitchen.

I had the absolute worst experience tonight at our local McDonald’s - Arndell Park. We have regularly visited this store over the last several years but I will not be returning. It started with a young lady named Georgia taking our order and then took our money. There was no greeting or acknowledgment to us other than putting the eft machine in front of me to take payment, she then closed the window with out a thank you or receipt. She was talking to a lady who happened to be her manger and others about if any of them would attend there funerals extremely loudly we heard it through the glass. I had to wave at them and beep my horn twice to ask for a copy of my receipt. She then asked me what my order was, she had just taken it and I was the only one in the drive through, not the best active listening skills for a good customer experience.I then proceeded to the following window to get my food and asked to speak to the manger which is Mariam, she was absolutely disrespectful - rolling her eyes and not owning her responsibly as a manger when dealing with the situation at hand. She was also carrying a till full of cash at the drive thru window whilst talking to me, that is not safe for her or staff. I’m so unhappy with the service and disrespect from both Georgia and Mariam I will be taking this further.

Place is gross. Found kids play area is very dirty and not great as all reviews claim best playground but it's not. The tables and seats are reserved next to play equipment but is left super dirty by parents and no staff to clean afterwards. Expect COVID or sickness if your kids play here.
