Used yesterday for a minor infection my daughter had over the weekend which wasn't getting better. Glad to have this option on a public holiday rather than clogging up ED with something non urgent. Also the staff and Dr's there are fantastic.

Professional and kind doctor, nurse and receptionist. My 3yo daughter needed to be seen on a Sunday and we were able to see a doctor and have x-ray all in the one appointment. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service and for your prompt and caring attention.

This centre is amazing! I called to make an appointment and was seen so promptly (less than 2 hours). Dr Chen was so lovely and kind, and put my mind at ease about my toddler’s symptoms.

My son had rash on his hands that was looking like shingles. I phoned for an appointment and was seen promtly at the schedule time. Had to see the doctor again a couple of days later as the rash didnt clear and seem to be getting worse. Was prescribed a different cream. The rash cleared after a few days. Was offered followed up appointment as well. Very pleased with the service. The doctors, nurse and receptionists were helpful and friendly. highly recommend it when youre not able to get an appointment on the weekend with your GP. There should be more of these centres.

I took my mother to this clinic twice andthe care she received by Dr George was outstanding. So impressed by how interactive, kind and helpful he was. He was very patient and took the time to examine her. Nurses and receptionist were warm and friendly. Pleasant experience and I highly recommend.

A wonderful service. Didn't want to wait for hours at an ED so made an appointment at Heidelberg Priority Primary care for my mother who had had a fall.Nurse Kate and Dr Osama were brilliant. They looked after her so well.Able to have her accessed and relieved that my 90 year old mother had the all clear. Thank you.

I honestly feel humbled to have been able to go to this clinic after taking myself to hospital for iron deficiency and the Austin sending me here. From start to finish I was treated with absolute respect and dignity. The nurse I saw prior to the doctor, left no stone unturned and was kind and compassionate. The Doctor was as equally kind and thorough and it all felt very very genuine. This is what health care should feel like. Thank you for the quality care and service.

Excellent health care experience! Modern facility with professional staff and fantastic clinical expertise. Very reasonable wait times and nurse Lisa was extremely understanding and empathetic towards my 10 y/o who needed medical attention. Dr Osama very professional and knowledgeable.Would definitely recommend this service to others.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Heidelberg Priority Primary Care Centre today. We feel very grateful that we got the treatment from Dr. Georgios. Dr. Georgios is one of the top doctors I've encountered in Australia. He is incredibly courteous, caring, and professional. He thoroughly examined my daughter's eye using a variety of techniques, inquired about the incident that led to it, her allergies, and her medical background, and then provided my daughter with a highly acceptable and reliable treatment. There, the nurses are really competent, tenderhearted, and thoughtful too. I want to sincerely thank Dr. Georgios and his team.
