I saw this shop had some terrible reputation but I tried to replace my phone’s battery. As a result I have faced the worst customer service with one of their shop assistants. She may be smart but she totally misunderstand what is the service, how you could make customer happy. I never seen a shop assignment can be so rude,arrogant not knowing how to use her language. To her probably customers who drop in the shop for after service must be just enemy.

My experience was very pleasant. The process is organized and the people are genuine and helpful. They even return you the faulty parts after your repair. They call you when your repaired product is ready. My experience was equally good the second time as they are helpful and cooperating. I had to go abroad and my phone was fixed that very moment by one of the engineer.

What an amazing lady at the Victoria Point store. My daughters iphone is a medical device and the nfc reader randomly stopped working. The lady there tried all the possible fixes and on the last try got it right. She didn't stop at the most probable solution. She kept going until the issue was resolved... and the part was half the price of the orignal part She ordered. Add to that she noticed the screen protector was cracked and replace it with a brand new glass screen protector for free.. great service, great person.

I depend on my phone a lot for communication, the internet (using hotspot) etc. Yesterday it would not recharge. I am new to the area so I went to Xtreme at Victoria Point, explained the problem and the young lady immediately worked on the issue and fixed it for me. If it were possible I would give her a ten star rating. You have my thanks and any future business. Thank you

Amazing service and very pleasant attitude. I was wondering which of the many phone repair shops to take my Iphone to . So glad I decided on this one just on the tight as you walk into Victoria Point Shopping Centre . I certainly will return next time my phone plays up.

THIS IS THE REVIEW TO READ >>>>I needed my S21 screen replaced ASAP and these guys fixed it in 45 mins. If I had to have it done through Telstra I be would have lost my phone for a minimum of 4 days (MINIMUM) and ask my data cleared.Amazing service, extremely lovely staff (I spoke to them for at least 30 mins about random stuff) and my screen was fixed perfectly. Highly recommend.

Just brilliant in terms of how these guys deal with our iphone/ ipad issues. In our overall experience, its great value and done in the right amount of time. Jerry has been so on point" with our requirements every time. Great to have our "go to" shop so close to home"

I have had nothing but amazing service and help at Victoria Point, (and Brisbane city store).We have bought 2 phones now, and also referred a friend, who is also happy with the phone they purchased AND the service given.Excellent product accessories Not cheap garbage, which is great as quality all round experience.Would reccommend Xtreme Communications Victoria Point.
