The Personnel Group has amazing staff that really listen and care about their clients.Unfortunately they make a lot of false promises that they want to help but don't actually do anything. In the 4 months I was with them they never got me one job interview, pretty sure they sabotaged the one job lead I found myself and they said they would pay for some courses but never did. All they really care about is getting clients into any job so they can use your payslips for their bonuses. Best thing I did was leave for another provider.
