I bought an 8mx8m gable shed. Shed was delivered and installed without a single hiccup. Max X in sales and Shelly G in after sales care both did exactly what I required of them for this to be a stress free install. Cannot fault the company. Prices are as good as it gets in south east Melbourne.

It's been a while since I ordered my shed from Shed Bonanza. During installation it was all very professional. After installation when I required a modification I was given constant communication and assurance that my needs were taken care of even after purchase. I recently purchased a carport from Shed Bonanza and I am very happy with the service and product provided. Dallas Tilley was the sales rep and he was very helpful and supportive. Also great support from Melissa Owen and Yvonne Lloyd. My chosen installer from names provided was Tony Smith and he did an excellent job and is a bit of a perfectionist with detail which suited me very well. If you purchase a shed or carport you need to anticipate there may be some extra costs along the way. I had to apply for a planning permit in addition to the understood building permit. There were some costs incurred to repair some damaged storm water drainage and anticipating where those sort of things are located is anybodies guess. All these issues can add to a delay in finalising the construction. Also you will need to arrange a plumber to have the final down pipes connected to under water drainage (depends on local council rules I guess). So there was a little bit of unanticipated expense but all in all a very satisfactory experience. I would be happy to purchase from Shed Bonanza again.

Shed Bonanza worked with us to deliver a shed to our regional property and were very understanding when we suddenly had to fly to the UK and worked with us to deliver on the best timeline. Their customer service was outstanding and they were communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. When we decided to self-build, they were extremely responsive when we had questions or issues arise, they accepted our feedback and worked with us to get a good outcome.
