New HorizonTrip was really fun. The Crew were amazing. Made sure everyone was included, took the time to learn all our names. There was lots of food to eat the whole trip and it was very tasty, the spaghetti was a highlight. Learnt to do a backflip thanks to the help of Big Big and had an amazing time snorkling with some of the big fish of the island. Was going to do a day trip or a night trip but the 2 nights is the way to go as you get to take a lot more in.

Apollo 3 Days 13/04/23-15/04/23Fantastic and friendly crew who made our time on the boat very comfortable and enjoyable. The boat had a chilled and relaxing atmosphere which was more suited for us. They served us some really decent meals which I was not expecting to be such good quality. The trips included Whitehaven beach North & South, some amazing snorkelling spots and a couple other islands. Would of been nice to visit Hamilton island but apparently that’s a separate tour. We had 26 people on our boat which you don’t really notice until during showering and meal times and it got extremely warm during the night as there wasn’t much air conditioning but overall it was a great trip and I would recommend to anyone who wants to spend a couple nights relaxing and sailing around the Whitsundays!

Travelled on the Kiana with my family. The experience was great and the three members of the crew were always helpful. Be mindful of carrying $40 for buying the photos they'll take if you want them.

What an absolutely amazing trip. We went on the 2 night, 3 day sail onboard Kiana and couldn't recommend the experience more highly. We felt in extremely safe hands. The crew were in sync and knew exactly what they were doing. They were a pleasure to chat with over the few days, all extremely passionate about what they do and knowledgeable about the reef. They went out of their way to ensure we had a 10/10 experience. Brent the Captain is engaging and informative in his story telling - with a side of humour. He also has a killer taste in music based off the playlist that was pumping as we sailed back into harbour. Maddie, the dive instructor was a superstar - ensuring an exceptional experience for the experienced divers (Mags) and beginners alike (myself). She scuba dives like she was born under water and was clear in her instructing and patient with teaching underwater. Jack was a crack up once we started chatting and whipped up fantastic meals for the guests - I was especially appreciative of the high quality vegetarian options. We will absolutely be back, we're already talking about planning our next trip (and trying to get a group together for a possible private charter ;) !!). Thank you so much again to the crew for the highlight of our 4 week holiday around Australia!!

Thank you for NOTHING! I wish I could give zero stars. They cancelled our booking that we made with a small travel agency. I think it’s their both faultYWe booked a tour starting the 11th of march. After booking they said: Oups, mistake, this room option is booked out. You have to pay AUD300 more for a private room. Okay, so we accepted. Than, tata, another mistake. Oups again. It’s already booked out, so no place for us! NEVER made such a BAD experience. Well, it’s just a once in a lifetime experience because we will probably never travel so far away again and now all the other companies are sold out and they ruin it.

Tour simple and Very basic. The team were very friendly, dynamic and friendly.During the route we saw whale from afar. Fortunately the whole group was very nice and we had a good time, but there are other things that are important to consider;The boat is in very bad condition and to spend doa days in it is a bit heavy.It is not too well enabled to relax, you have to sit on the floor or where you can and to eat is very uncomfortable. Food is not a big deal. Finally, the tour is very touristy, the activities are typical of going for a kayak trip and doing a beginners Snorkel. In conclusion, a very basic and simple tour.

This review is for the Blizzard, 4D3N tour with Sarah and Sam. The four days were incredibly beautiful: Sarah and Sam decided to sail as much as possible and motor as little as possible, that was exactly what we wanted. Nevertheless, thanks to the good planning, we had super nice spots for snorkeling every day and also saw rays and turtles. All meals are freshly prepared by Sarah and Sam (even the tomato sauce is homemade) and are extremely tasty. In between there are snacks, filter coffee, fruit. Sarah and Sam are very caring and want their guests to be really happy. Even when snorkeling, they always keep an eye on everyone in the water, so that nobody goes beyond their strength and everyone has a great experience. The cabins, the bathrooms, the saloon, the deck: everything is very clean and well maintained. We definitely highly recommend the tour!

We was unable to get into Airlie via plane or coach or car due to flooding in and out of Airlie, which meant we couldnt attend the clipper, which was completely out of our control. We felt customer service wasnt great in supporting this situation they just stated we would have to go through travel insurance to get money back as the boat is still departing. We asked for a voucher as we'd still like to attend another time which they refused and stated it's rainy season this is what happens at times, we wasn't asking for a refund just a voucher. One woman was quite patronising on the phone and we felt like once they have you're money they don't care and you just have to deal with it. This service should have more options available when the situation is out of your control.

Horrendous! Do not go with this terrible company! Less than 24 hours before our planned trip, 2d and 2n on their Powerplay boat, with us having flown up from Sydney to QLD that morning, I received this email from Rachel, the reservations manager at this company: “Good Afternoon Adrian, Due to some unexpected maintenance, we have unfortunately had to cancel tomorrow’s departure on Powerplay.” Did Rachel offer us a different boat? No. Did Rachel offer us a full refund? No. Rachel just said change the date or go talk to your travel agent but they may take an administrative fee so you might not get all your money back. Terrible service and terrible company. Look elsewhere.
