Went in to buy a new lightbar for the 4WD, picked one foiund later it wouldnt fit where I wanted it to, the team there were very helpful and swapped it over to a setup that works perfectly.

The pre sales service was very good. They ordered the correct products for my vehicle in quite quickly.Where the relationship turned was three months later, when I had a problem with the awning I had purchased. I was told on the phone, before they even had a look at it, that I had broken it myself. They refused to even approach the distributor about my problem. After saying that they had never had a single problem before" as a "favour" they pulled parts off a faulty one they had laying around.They made it clear that if I had a problem in the future
