Australia Post - Revesby North LPO

Greedy shop. I came for passport application but got rejected due to shadow on photo. I spent half day to get a new photo but got rejected again due to a tiny shadow.The shop manager insisted that they should take a new photo, and also said my photo was not the right size until I had to cut it into correct size in front of him. Then he kept on saying my application would be rejected for 15 minutes but I requested him to submit anyway. He accepted in the end but refuse to submit my daughter’s appication because it was already 5pm. Anyway, my passport was issued without any problem after 4 weeks. If you want to save time, just let them take your photo for 20 AUD to avoid the hassle, or try another post office.

This has to be the best PO I have ever been to. Small but the service and speed makes it 5 stars.

What intelligent person closes a main post office on a Saturday? How does a person who works Mon to Fri 8-5 going to collect their parcels?? Such incompetence and ignorance.

My parcel was dropped off here instead of my usual P.O, the man behind the counter was not friendly at all. Hopefully will never have to come here again.

why are they closed on a Saturday? why not open for a couple of hours on a Saturday? i have important medical equipment coming in weekly and now i have moved homes and because i am in the revesby area and work 5 days i am unable to get my shipments this is disgusting and shows a high level of incompetence.
