Terrible My daughter was looking to buy a unit at Port Melbourne The sales people were a very nice Lady and a not so nice Salesman Wasted our time for about four weeks The lovely lady ended up leaving the company i think .The Salesman just rude and unhelpfull even to send a text one day saying to ring him .Come down off your high horses and have some respect ..We have since bought a unit from another Real Estate. Never to recommend Marshall White one...

Bonnie has done a tremendous job managing various property maintenance and handling all matters concerning the renters. Bonnie goes above and beyond to resolve all maintenance issues and queries efficiently and to a high standard. I highly recommend her expertise as a property manager.

Thank God for Bonnie !!!Bonnie Waterfield is a Property Manager who gets things done.She is highly professional which has made renting a positive experience for us.She communicates well and replies promptly to any enquiry. Bonnie's helpful, friendly and approachable, She's easy to talk to and doesn't rely solely on emails for correspondence which gives her a real understanding for Tenant's needs.I couldn't recommend her more highly and want to thank Bonnie for being the BEST Property Manager we've had at Marshall White.

Danielle was super kind and nice. She turned up on time and made an inspection experience special. She also referred us to her colleague Ross for leasing our own home to make it a smooth transition. Ross also gave down-to-earth recommendations. I also come to know that Marshall White is a whole company team, not like other franchised brands. I guess that's part of the difference. Would recommend reaching out to Marshall White for real estate services for sure.
