Hello Everyone,I have on behalf of them for the company name Schenker located at Alexandria. After finishing my job, I have realized the job description is completely different from what is in the ad and the pay rate is aggressively lower for the position.Furthermore, you would not be able to see your payslip or the days you have worked for them on their app. Also, when you raise the issue with the company no one is there to answer you ( I have called Nicholas Bayly many times, but he never picked the phone).I am afraid this company is a scam!!! Be careful.

I have loyal and respect with labour power staff and crew because I trust them. They are good people. They are best for the employees.Please give the staff respect they will give you respect back to you?THANK you

Do not work with this people. They make mistakes with the pay and try to blame you of that, I received 5 payslip and they made mistakes in 4 times to pay me. 2 of them they dont want to fix and Im starting legal actions. I can understand a mistake but I can not understand why they lie and try to blame me for their mistakes, not professional at all.Lot of people with the same issue.DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

Yet they do not have many weekend shift. Unloading container is one of their common work to assign around port botany and the client might push you hard to finish it as soon as possible and then tell you to go home once it's empty. If you are fit and don't mind heavy lifting at all, do not settle for this agency. Because there's a lot of weekend shifts available in the air freight inudstry that pays really well. The agencies I know that have lots of weekends shifts are Bailey Personnels and Drake. Try different agencies before you settle.***CHECK YOUR HOURSComparing to Bailey's, LP has a rather messy management. Because Bailey's has a well-developed online system for EVERYTHING, including pays, injury and so on. For Bailey's, payment issue is usually solved within a week. For LP, everything has to be done through phone call, where the agent tries to hang-up you call as possible in a rather ' professional' way. My experience tells me that THIS AGENCY HAS BEEN CONDUCTING DODGY DEEDS TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. They could have forget your pay 'by mistake', and then no matter how many times you call them, its always under processing and they will always have their clients to blame. Or sometimes they could have simply just paid you a dollar less per hour than your co-workers that has the same experience and qualification as you. CALL FAIR WORK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THIS HAPPENED TO YOU. Do not make them feel like 'these FOBs' know nothing about Australian work rights.***REPORT INJURIES NO MATTER HOW TRIVIAL IT ISThis is clearly stated by every safety induction, yet people don't take small injuries serious enough. For example, repetitive lifting could lead to serious irreversable back problems. Do not ignore the first sign your body gives out, which could simply be a sore back doesn't go away.***TAKE CORRECT LIFT POSTURES AND DO WARM-UPSOr they could make you responsible for the back injuries you cliamed.

Do not recommend! pay discrepancies, phony promises, don't induct you properly into sites, useless APP portal, disorganised and hire more employees then they should. Workload is not balanced and consistent. Seek employment elsewhere!!!!

Very bad communication unfortunately. Lack of enthusiasm and utter disrespect from the providers. Have not experienced this from any other agency before.

Based on the ad, you can start to work IMMEDIATELY. After we did interview and site induction, we got the next week schedule on apps from Mon - Fri.After that, they changed the time from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm. But everyday around 3 pm , we got notification from the apps that YOUR SHIFTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. Not only 1 or 2 days, but everyday. Not only me but all of my friends.Our advice is please next time just tell everyone this is ON CALL JOB, do not say “available Mon - Fri and 8 hours shift”. We have rejected others job opportunity just to stick with this agency and got no shifts everyday. Respect to your workers.
