I don’t like to give bad reviews but I have to when it comes to this dealer. If there was a 0/5 star option, I would have chosen this. Worst customer service, poor management and attitude.

Great experience to leave our boat on Darin's hands. All done as expected and better. Needless to say Suzuki outboard has got a place in the family :D. Very recommended.

I have been bringing my 60 Suzuki outboard here for 5 years now to get servicing done and Darin and all the staff have always been great to deal with.

In my experience, this businesses is now run by a sneaky little grub of a man who lies and makes promises he has no intention of keeping.He did his best to be underhanded and when confronted about his sneaky, lying ways, he wouldn't even look at me.He has the integrity of a weasel. If you're looking for a good deal from a man with values and honesty, i suggest you drive past this bloke.

Hardly a pleasant experience.Arrogance and ignorance all in a complete package.First time dealing with this business and all the locals were right.The fact that the mechanic was googling how alternators work was the icing on the cake for me.

Bought the Whitley Monterey 600 boat in October 2022 off Darin who fully assured us of its sea worthiness and said everything on the boat is in full working order as he and his mechanic had checked it all and carried out a major service. After going out for the first time we quickly realised that the boat does not float, it was taking in a lot of water very quickly, nor does everything work. Took the boat to a marine specialist and they advised the boat has major rotting in transom area which would require extensive repair work and this easily should have been picked up by InTune Marine before selling the boat. After backwards and forwards with Darin who refused to refund us the money for selling a boat not fit for its purpose, a quote was obtained to repair, looking upwards of $15,000. Darin was ordered by the courts to refund us the money however he failed to do so. We also gave him 2 extensions to pay at his request. Eventually, through a court order, the Commonwealth Bank garnished InTune Marines bank account for the full amount and we returned the boat. We are now horrified to see that Darin immediately put the boat back up for sale in his yard. Please stay away from this boat and especially InTune Marine.

Awesome Stacer and Suzuki dealer. Darin is awesome to deal with. As a newish boat owner he was very patient and had awesome suggestions in helping me build a boat. Highly recommend. I drive over an hour to get there and we’ll worth it!!!

On short notice (week before Christmas) I called the team at In Tune and begged for their help. They had my ignition issue rectified and completed an annual service on my Sea Ray, talk about going above and beyond they even collected the boat from my house and returned it the following day. Honestly these guys are better than Santa, they've saved my Christmas. Special mention to Jeff, Scott and Ben for your help and hard work. You've won a client for life.

Needed work done on 1999 40 hp Yamaha was not interested in it and sent me elsewhere . Your loss bro extremely happy with the reception and service elsewhere thanks
