We recently had dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday at Hotel Etico in Blackheath. It was fabulous...the venue, the meals, service, staff were all very helpful and obliging. I love their mission of supporting people. We'll be back for sure!! Lovely evening! Thank you!

Hotel Etico at Mount Victoria Manor
Hotel Etico was our base to visit Mt Wilson Gardens, Mt Irvine, Oberon and Hartley and some walking.Friendly welcoming staff and great food in a family friendly atmosphere with rooms to read and lounge in, entertainment and cosy fireplaces made our stay in this lovely heritage hotel wanting to return again.

Hotel Etico at Mount Victoria Manor
My partner and I loved staying at Hotel Etico. The service and staff were absolutely incredible, the rooms were cosy and welcoming, the location was lovely (we particularly loved walking to the cinema round the corner and driving only a few min to get to Blackheath), the food was delicious, the live music on Friday night was great fun, and the hotel itself was historical and lovely to explore. We will definitely come back!

This is a lovely, historic hotel with interesting architecture and great views. When we checked in we were welcomed and given a tour of the public areas. We were very impressed with the staff and how this social enterprise hotel was run.Because of the age of the building, the accommodation is not luxurious with all mod cons, but charming in its own way.

Hotel Etico at Mount Victoria Manor
We had a wonderful two night stay. We were part of a family get together, nine in our group. The hotel was really nice and perfect for what we needed.We had dinner at the restaurant there both nights. The food was amazing! And the service excellent!All the staff in the hotel were so nice and helpful. Love what they are doing there, the training and employment of young people. So special!Highly recommend staying there!!!

We were really looking forward to a treat meal on the last evening of our road trip. Yes, the surroundings and hotel itself are beautiful, the dining room however was cold and the food sadly, was sad. What's with serving a salad that looks like it's been languishing in the fridge for several days? Inedible. I had chicken cacciatore which was pretty bog standard but ok other than the chicken breast which was so tough it was also inedible. Service was aok. Get a new chef!

Lovely hotel with beautifully refurbished guest rooms located in the historic Mount Victoria Manor. There are plenty open spaces and sitting areas where you can gather with you friends and enjoy a drink or just enjoy the warmth of an open fire place. Staff are very friendly.

Hotel Etico at Mount Victoria Manor
We arrived just after a huge thunderstorm storm and the whole of Mount Victoria was in Blackout. Andreas and his staff were there to great us and also kept the kitchen open for us after our long drive. They had set up tables for us and other guest to dine by candle light and the Chef Bill and his kitchen staff kept on cooking by candlelight and torch to go above and beyond to feed everyone at the hotel with amazing food. We look forward to coming back and catching up with everyone at Hotel Etico.

Hotel Etico at Mount Victoria Manor
We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Etico. The property is beautifully renovated, warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are comfortable and there are loads of common areas to relax in. Great cocktails at the bar. And we even landed on night with live music!
