They did a great job on my camping trailer cover. Missing a star because it took a few days longer than they said it would, and I only found out when I called on the day I was meant to pick it up.

Really bad service, rang about getting some repairs to our on-site Marquee and they refused to come and have a look. So much for free quotes, will definitely take our business elsewhere.

I dropped into J&B Canvas today (without a booking) and Brendan repaired a zipper on my camper trailer. Thankfully it was just a worn out slider, which he replaced and then surprised me by not charging me for the slider or his time. I’m really grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend. Thanks again for your help.

Highly recommended. The guys at J&B really know their stuff and bonus that they are super friendly and helpful. This is the only place I will be going for canvas and awning work in the future.

Very disappointed with the customer service at J & B Canvas. After emailing J & B about repairing the zipper on my pet canvas travel case, Brendon responded advising they could fix the item but didn’t have availability to do the job for 2 months, which I was fine with. After following up twice for the date I could drop off my repair, Brendon advised a date 2.5 months after the initial enquiry. When I arrived at J&B to drop off the travel case to be repaired, Brendon said he couldn’t fix it. It’s disappointing being informed J&B could fix the item, then waiting 2.5 months only to be told they couldn’t.Extremely poor customer service! Simply asking a few extra questions at the beginning would have prevented this issue.No apology was made, and Brendon looked at me like he had no clue about our previous communications. I got the impression they just didn’t want the job, rather than they couldn’t repair the item.

Amazing service, they made and fitted a new canvas canopy to my Hilux, a few months later I backed into a pole and pulverized the zipper, I told them it was my fault and I would be happy to pay. Not only did they not charge they fixed it practically on the spot. Unlike some other businesses who will do anything to take your cash and ignore you after. Here they operate the old fashion way, with humanity and heart. This is where the people should go to be treated like a valued client, because here you aren’t a customer but something more valuable.

Brendan and the team at JB Canvas in Queanbeyan (Canberra) repaired our Caravan/Camper's canvas at short notice and for a great price. They are only 5mins from Fyshwick(ACT) and I am glad I travelled that little bit further for the great service I got. Friendly, efficient and professional all round.I will definitely come back to them for our awning and pergola work we we're ready.
