Just had an amazing facial here. They really take the time to listen to your skin concerns and help you with suggestions on how to fix them. I will 100% be back and recommending to my friends.

Impossible to recommend as they completely ruined my daughter's top and took more than a month to replace it. The manager was arrogant and acusitory and continued to accept responsibility for the damage. Left a very bad taste so none of our family will ever use them again.

My lovely brother gave me a $200.00 digital gift card for my birthday which he purchased through The Beauty & Spa Gift Card. I was supposed to log on & have access to $200.00 worth of treatments from such spas as Ella Bache. I called Ella Bache, Gladesville weeks ago to arrange a 2 hour appointment. Even so, I wasn't using up the full $200.00 limit. Ella Bache subsequently called to confirm the appointment last week which I did. Then today, I received another call from Chantelle" demanding that I pay a DEPOSIT. I asked "what for" considering I had provided her with the digital card number & my treatments did not exceed the value of the gift card. Her reason was that people weren't turning up for their treatments. I was dumbfounded. REALLY? Why is that my problem? They already HAVE my brother's money. When she insisted that I cough up with a deposit

I come here a lot for facials, eyebrows lashes and today had my first spray tan and they’re always amazing. Such lovely staff, so professional, always on time, and the staff are so lovely. I’m not sure of the name of the lady who did my spray tan today but she was so lovely, so fun, and so empowering constantly telling me how great I looked and complimenting me. It felt al genuine and lovely, and sometimes people really need to hear that. Thank you, and can’t wait for my next one!

1) Great facials 2) Friendly colour matching service for the Youngblood cosmetics 3) horrible waxing burns on my eyebrows the day before my sisters wedding where I was maid of honour. Oh and I had to ask for the refund for that too. So yes, great facials but steer clear of their waxing.

I don’t get spray tans very often but when I do I specifically like to go to Ella Bache for their own brand tan.It’s worth the extra money you pay for the result of their own branded tan.I booked in this morning to get a tan for an event on Monday night and was asked about the colour I like....I answered with dark ( as the Ella Bache dark is great for me )Half way through my tan when I turned to the front I noticed a Naked Tan bottle on the bench.I asked the beautician “Are you using the Ella Bache Tan” and she replied with “No this is Naken Tan cause we prefer it to the Ella Bache Tan”When did Ella Bache start using Naken Tan instead of their own brand and when did they not even ask their clients what preference they would like????I hate Naken Tan, it smells, you feel sticky all day and I don’t like the colour it leaves me.. It also goes really patchy... hence why I avoid it... and go to Ella Bache!So now I’m walking around after my tan, sticky and I stink or like the tone of the colour!If I wanted Naken Tan I could go to the tens of thousands of other beauticians that stock and use this tan and charge less. Or even better still I can buy it online and do it myself for a much cheaper price.But no I chose Ella Bache for their Violet based, nice smelling, no sticky even tanned look thats worth every cent.When leaving I asked the lady do you still have Ella Bache tan here to use and she said yes we do, next time if you want it, ask for it.Thanks for the tip... So next time I go to an Ella Bache beautician I need to ask for their own tan instead of a cheap nasty one. So not worth the $45.

Great experience ! I had a facial and it was amazing. I'm definitely going back for more beauty treatments as I have sensitive skin that I want to fix. Great location, amazing service from the beauticians I can't say enough how wonderful they are.If you care about yourself and want to look and feel fantastic this is the salon you have to go to!!

Both my daughter and I have been seeing Katrina for regular facials and other services for years. She's fantastic and knows her stuff! Lovely friendly salon with great promotions.
