Absolutely loved stopping for breakfast at this cafe! Fantastic atmosphere with delicious food and coffee! The owner was so lovely too. We’ll definitely be back!

Chilled and relaxed little cafe in gorgeous town of Goombungee. Amazing food, and staff are friendly and welcoming. Will be recommending!

Overcharged for what was advertised online. When queried was told was an out of date post. If JB Hi-Fi leave an incorrect price up they have to honour it, it’s trading standards and customer relations!

Awful really awful. There was only 2 items on the menu & they were certainly not prepared by a cook of any kind, worst meals in a coffee shop or anywhere ever. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed.

If this cafe had any more character it'd be an antique shop (I think it may have been in a previous incarnation). Initial impression is that you don't know where to sit because there are so many groovy old lounges and tables and chairs. My wife had a chicken and salad toasted Turkish sandwich and I had the steak sandwich. The food was excellent and the kitchen was open - something I always like to see.The staff were very friendly and there was just enough time to look around all of the shop before the food arrived.We would come back again if passing through

Friendly staff , nice ambience, best Savoury Mince and best Steak Sandwich we have ever had on The Downs : the beef is their own , hand raised and the proof is in the eating : highly recommend this lovely little establishment : we will definitely go again !!!

Fantastic cafe, lovely ambience, great food, coffee and service, makes Goombungee a highlight.The bad reviews here are quiet weird, perhaps they have the wrong place!!??

Had lunch here with my Mum. The milkshakes were really the only good thing. The food was over priced, stale and down right awful. The side salad consisted of one cherry tomato cut in half, one lettuce leaf and two tiny bits of cucumber. The lemon loaf was out on the bench getting covered with flies, there were flies in the cabinet and tables were dirty. I'm sorry but I really couldn't recommend.

New country owners, they've opened the place up beautifully.Very personable service, great atmosphere and the food and beverages are spot on!
