I had an appointment at 12:30 that I had made in my lunch break. I arrived at 12:25, rang the bell at their front desk and was asked to have a seat. I was then ignored for 30 minutes by 6 staff who were having their lunch then I got up and left.

I booked a 12:30pm appointment (coincidentally like the other review). I was running late from another appointment but thought I did the right thing by calling them prior to advise them. I said I would be about 15 min late. They said fine, no worries. When I got there at 12:45pm I was told to take a seat. I wasn't spoken to the whole time I was waiting. No-one said how long I would be waiting or that they had decided to take another appointment before me. 45 minutes later I had run out of time and at 1:30pm I got up and told a staff member I was not waiting any longer. The woman who was going to take my appointment came out and said she could see me now, after I told her I had waited for 45 mins. She told me I had arrived late after all, but when I said I had done the right thing and phoned beforehand and that I thought 45 mins was a bit too long to have to wait without being told what was going on and had decided to go, she then said well the tax department will go after you and you'll get fined thousands of dollars". I didn't appreciate being threatened and told her I would be going elsewhere. They could've just told me on the phone that they were rescheduling me to 1:30 and I might've been able to go get some lunch or something and then come back. To threaten me about the tax office "coming after me" was not cool either."
