I’ve come here three times with my partner thinking the next time will be better. Each time was a long wait even though twice was far from busy. And eating the food is like chewing on rubber then swallowing cardboard; so dry! I think the chicken itself may have been good but there was no/little sauce in the wraps to make the rest juicy.

Oporto shares a segment in the market with the likes of GYG, Grill'd, Burger Urge and perhaps Subway. The meals are fair. As with most burger stores, in my opinion, the bun lets it down. Also the salad was too basic for a supposed higher end burger. I'd give the fries a similar review. They were well cooked, hot enough and nicely seasoned with salt, but I think in upmarket stores, they should be something more special and really stand above what the competition is providing. Otherwise. Decor was fine. Not outstanding. The place was clean and staff were okay. Parking was quite easy. I wouldn't say staff were enthusiastic or energetic or happy or engaging. The plant based menu was limited and perhaps that's what to expect from a chicken shop. We ate in, but our meals came out in a bag, so 0 out of 10 for presentation. Prices were on par with other chains but at around $15 for a feed I think patrons expect more.

I just want to share something positive these days:-)I went there this Sat night with my friends. The counter girl is very lovely(she's busy with the counter with the cooking with delivery and she never forgets to smile and be nice to the customer and Uber drivers!), even though it's a 30 mins wait of the chicken box (another busy Sat night which is quite understandable), the food is nice, especially the chicken:) I hope everyone could be a little nicer to the hospitality staffs, it's been difficult for them since Covid…

In the context of being casual dine in or take away, this store was 5 stars. Really nice quality chicken and salads and fast service. I'll be back.

Today we dined in store, unfortunately it was a very very long wait to be served our meals. The family bundle we purchased was just ok. My burger was absolutely smashed with sauce, soo much that it fell apart & had to be eaten by individual components instead of as a whole burger. It wasnt a very nice experience at all. 3 out of 4 burgers were presented this way, hard to eat. Possibly a staff shortage was a result of the long wait times for patrons, including us. Was it worth the money, no.

I usually get decent customer service at this establishment. Recently, I have experienced dissatisfactory service and would love for the new batch of recruits to at least include membership reminder in their interactions in case of non regulars. Also, for them to not forget what is included in the order according to what they told the customers instead of relying their information from receipts. Since, we didn't receive fries and that is what the team Member told us about 2x half chicken meal deal.

Very friendly and efficient staff. We were serve the moment we came in the door immediately . Parking available right in the front of the restaurant. Our food order was ready in less than 15mins. We ordered take away due to COVID restrictions in place.

Sorry to say that, but when you change your quality I have to change my review.Today 4/6/2023 we have ordered salad for the first time to try it, it was dry without any sauce or dressing, and instead of the sauce there was hair in it.I won't order anymore.
