Really neat & well set-out store. Staff were all really helpful & courteous. Bought 2 brand new bikes from here recently and the orders came in promptly and the transactions were smooth. All the staff members that I dealt with were customer-focused & insisted on helping me load the bicycles into my car. Thank you Giant Essendon :)

Brought in a second hand Giant Propel I had purchased from a mate to ask a few questions and the bike mechanic was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He took the time out of his day to show me how to properly care for and maintain the drive chain and answered a number of questions I had about the bike. I booked in a service to fix a few issues with the bike and it is now riding perfectly. 10/10 recommend the service quality of the bike mechanic at this store

there is bike shops and there is Giant in Essendon/Moonee Ponds... amazing service and helpful staff. I'm new to road bikes and they actually spent the time with me to make sure i knew what i was after. I really recommend this store!

Giant Essendon saved Christmas for my 16 year old son by having a Talon 3 well and truly in stock for me ready for the big day. An unrelated store couldn't supply until mid to late Jan when initially ordered beginning of December! Can't wait to see my son's face on the day. All staff I've dealt with have been extremely happy to help. Very positive experience. Thank you!

I recently had my Giant TCR serviced by Lucas and the team at the shop. I am very satisfied with their expertise and their customer service. As a regular cyclist I appreciated the speed at which they were able to get my service done and they were super friendly and genuinely interested in my needs. I highly recommend.

Amazing service. But what was more impressive is the phone call I got from one of the mechanics to say that I didn’t need the more expensive service that I originally requested - suggesting that I only needed a standard service. This shows integrity and honesty. It’s rare these days to find honest, reliable and trustworthy customer service.Thanks, gents. Great service!

Highly recommend a GIANT Bike and GIANT Essendon. From the moment I walked into the store, Mitch and the team were professional and helpful - exactly what a customer needs when parting ways with $$$ on a new bike - couldn't be anymore comfortable with my purchase. My experience with Giant (Essendon) was very pleasant and enjoyable. Mitchell whom helped me with my purchase of two mountain bikes for my children.
