Seriously wouldn’t let these people fix my skateboard. Literally told these people what we thought the issue was. Took our money for a diagnostic test. Came back with some blubbering bs. We towed the car to a transmission specialist who confirmed what we suspected, advised us to take it back to Ford to be fixed under extended warranty. Now sitting with another Ford dealership who also confirmed our suspicion and is being fixed FREE of charge under extended warranty.Spoke with Ford Moss Vale again today who confirmed they would have charged us thousands for a problem they didn’t know whether they could fix. $1700 to strip down transmission that would have been left in pieces if we didn’t agree with their findings. Pays to get a second opinion!!!
