On my ritial morning coffee hunt and decided to give Grazegrind a chance. I wouldn't say they were overly busy but l waited a long time for average coffee. Wasn't hot as requested and tasted quite average.

A great little shop doing amazing dishes. The Satay is my go to. Friendly staff decent prices.Good nutrient dense food.

This little lunch spot at Post office square is consistently fresh, tasty & super healthy!I have tried most of the bowls on the menu/ ready to go salads, scrumptious brownies, very very good coffee & my staple go to theChicken Satay bowl, this bowl is spicy & crunchy!

The freshness and quality of the salads and sandwiches is notable here. They definitely make everything fresh everyday and that is a point of difference from quite a few shops, in my experience. I've seen quite a few recycled salads about, it is easy to tell if you look, but not here. The food is very well prepared with an inspired variety of ingredients in the salads, boxed up ready to go, as well as various good options in the sandwiches/rolls. There are some good breakfast/snack options as well. The service is quick. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and the quality is very good. There is a great outdoor seating area overlooking the post office square park.

The only place in the city with real healthy food and with many options available. I have the Harvest Bowl and it was just wonderful.I also ordered a chia pudding and no disappointment. I highly recommend

Take-away lunch focus. Food was fresh and mostly good, but nothing to write home about. Falafels dry and tasteless (why is it so hard to buy authentic tasty falafels anywhere?), hummus was competent but plain.Has a standardised-for-efficiency feel to the place (the kind you expect in a food franchise). Packaged cold meals are designed around a meat or falafel with salad (these are good) and a small range of familiar, westenised sauces (ie somewhat boring) that do all the heavy lifting for taste. You can order warm meals but the approach is similar (like meat and 3 veg is the mental model).The service, counter style, was efficient although i suspect i was accidentally overcharged an extra 10% - what she said the cost was and what was actually on eftpos machine was different.The location is good. Outdoor undercover seating overlooking the small park which is well-used at lunch times. Plenty of other eateries nearby creates a nice vibe in the area on a sunny day.

Love this place for lunch. Great healthy options that actually taste good at a reasonable price. The salads are delicious but also highly recommend the shakes which are super tasty. If you are in a rush they have a number of to go options.

Epic smoothies here. Got double shot espresso banana and cocoa smoothie and it was amazing. Super fresh and tasty. Took a bit to get the smoothie unfortunately but otherwise with all fresh ingredients and helpful staff will definitely come back here again. Tried a green smoothie as well the day after and although it looked unnaturally green it was also super tasty.

Great to see a healthy offering for lunch in the CBD with good vegetarian options. I had the BBQ bowl with falafel which was delicious and nutritious. The falafel wasn’t greasy or crumbly at all. The bbq sauce added some good flavour to a low fat meal. The selection of vegetables was good, and the service prompt and efficient. I will come back to try more of their menu.
