Bone Timber

Swung by Bone Timber in Edwards Town and had a great experience. Big shout out to Harry - bloke knows his timber. I had challenging job with total non-standard sizes. He found something that would do the job and got it machined to size. The whole thing was sorted way quicker than I thought it would be.Quality of the timber was solid and everything was cut perfectly. Yard was well organised and easy to navigate. Plenty of options to choose from. Definitely worth checking out. Will spend some more time there next trip.

I have never felt so insignificant in my life after dealing with these uneducated knuckle stagers.They humiliated me because I didn’t understand the way they charge double for facia that was only 30 mm largerAnd on question the employees discuss with owner ( with different overtone to the way they were treating me) who told me to leave and never come back regardless of the fact I have spent thousands of dollars purchasing for clients.All for the better I have no intentions off going back and will in future tell everybody that ask to reconsider as Bunnings is just up the rd.With larger selection and more present staff.So do not sour your build and avoid this outletAt all cost you will be better off in the end

Mine was a small custom order. The staff, I dealt with Harry predominantly, were very friendly. They worked out what I wanted, made it to order and delivered in very good time. A huge contrast to their competition. They will definitely get my custom again.

Customer service is generally ok but I often find I need to wait a few minutes when arriving at the office because staff are talking to each other or organising work between themselves and they take their time to serve me. However, their range of timber is very extensive and the staff who help get the timber are quite knowledgeable and very helpful. It would be nice if their office staff were more attentive but I would still recommend them if Bunnings doesn't have what you wantREPLY TO OWNERYes it was recent, but also the same over the past few years. I only come here if Bunnings don't have what I need because of the slow service of Bone Timber. I'm happy to support you in the future more if customer service was faster. In regards to the recent experience, there was only 1 other customer while I was there and yet the service I received was slow. ☹️I did have four stars but recently changed it to three stars because of this

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great range of stock, even hardiplank, door hardware, fasteners and plenty more. Especially appreciate Eugene and Vicki's customer service- happy to do business with them again.

Purchased a laminated beam. Disappointed that Bone timber not only charged freight(which was fair enough) for an incorrect choice but they then charged 20 percent of the purchase price for the return.Choose carefully when dealing with this company!!! Refund policy is tough.
