Route 66 hand car wash

I took my car for wash couple weeks ago. The guy that’s served me was holding a cigarette while he was talking to me. Then I stood on the side and watched him washing the cars holding a cigarette either on his hand or with his lips. So unprofessional!!! But if everything else was good I wouldn’t bother to write a review just for that!! The inside was not cleaned at all, dust everywhere, the floor all dirty not sure if they even bothered to vacuum the car seats. The outside of the car? It was just pathetic, you could see exactly where they went through with the sponge as there were marks. Terrible job, worst $50 or $60 (can’t remember) I have ever spent. Definitely not recommending them.

Paid $90 for premium/polish job. Supposed to include interior cleaning. Seems like they've only focused on cleaning outside and polishing the wheels. I've expected for them to cleanup especially the mud marks/stains on the gas/brake pedals and driver's seat carpet, but they didn't clean.. visible dust on the seats, and still missed some dirt marks outside. Will not go back. Please don't waste your money here.

If you have a dirty car, do not use this car wash! I drove a Kia Sorrento, this is considered a SUV. I was told It was going to cost $60 to clean the car. When I questioned why it cost so much, as the price was not on the board, he explained to me that the outside, wheels, vacuuming and wipe down inside would be done and he would charge an extra $5. After 2 hrs I picked up my car and drove home. On inspection of the car, there was dust and dirt still on the dash, car door handles and centre console. When I inspected the outside, the wheels were still filthy and there were still dirt marks on the car! So disgusted in their service! Never again!

Wasnt staying at the shopping centre for long, just got the outside done,Decent job, had just come back from melbourne so i had a lot of bugs across the front bar they didnt have trouble being gentle to remove them.

Very terrible team of guys at car wash, I left my car for exterior and interior and said I will be back in 30-45mins, still after returning in 2 hours car was just washed and everything was left till I arrived..guys were sitting and smoking, when I said I need to attend to my little daughter pick up they said 5 mins and still i have to ask them several times before I can leave the car, bad service, not worthy of price and not worthy of workmanship.They all are students working who cares to only get paid and not work, their boss was also dumb just spending time doing bits and not even good enough to instruct guys to work properly.Do not go this place, they do not value your time, you are driving bmw paying the money and wasting time but they’re lot busier than you apparently.I was asked more than there advertised price which i said your price needs to be updated if you like more money to be paid.If I read a review I would not have given my car to them.

Very rude staff that also think they can park there customers cars in any car park especially when your about to reverse park into one there staff member pulled a car in that quick I'm surprised he didn't do any damage to the car

I don't have to upload photos because the other one star review pretty much sums up the clean. The rims were all only all pressure washed from the top so even the basic clean of wheels is done right. I'm not even complaining about the final details, I have gotten better cleans for half the price.

Paid $80for car wash，The highest asking prices, and the worst car washes。This kind of car wash service, I went to it once, and I will never go to it for the second time。

Terrible customer service! Mu car's side mirrors close in when car locked, when I went to pick up my car after wash I noticed that the side mirrors where open, I didn't think it was a big deal cause I thought maybe they bumped its settings. But when I came home I realised that they actually broke the mirrors so they don't open and fold in anymore. I went back to the car wash, and they told me it's not their problem, I need to prove they broke it. When I said thay was ridiculous I can't prove that, they pointed ay a sign saying they don't take responsibilities of any damages made to car.So, I'm here to tell you all don't take your car to this place, cause they don't show any respect to their customers nor show any pride or responsibility in their work. They don't care about you or they car you leave in their hands.
