Gitani stone recently created a marble bed side table for me and I am absolutely in love with it. Thank you so much the table is high quality Viola marble stone and I have received so many compliments. Fast 2 week process also. I highly recommend this business for anyone wanted personalised stone furniture.

We obtained 3 quotes for this job and Gitani offered the best pricing. From initial contact to choosing the stone in their showroom, to measure up and install, they were incredibly professional and a joy to deal with. I can not recommend them highly enough.

This feedback is to assist people who are considering using Gitani Stone versus another supplier. We had our benchtops and splashback installed and unfortunately the silicon that was used seeped into the edges of our stone and discoloured it. Gitani Stone agreed it was a faulty product and agreed to replace the benchtops and splashback. This is where the problem with Gitani Stone starts. Prior to removing the splashback, the two pieces of stone (which formed the entire area of our splashback) were book-matched as we wanted. Unfortunately, due to their poor quality control process, Gitani stone took 3 attempts at re-installing our splashback to make it book-matched. Upon complaining that the first replacement install was not book matched, Gitani agreed that it was not satisfactory and replaced it. The second replacement also wasn’t book-matched. Upon complaining yet again, the truth was disclosed to us — Gitani were Too busy to cut the marble on the laser device which would achieve the book-matching. So they used their second device which wasn’t as accurate. I would not refer them to anyone because of this poor service and lack of quality control. Sadly, it took months to get this sorted and their attitude, service and support were terrible. The photos below show one image not book-matched (with the clamps) and the final outcome.

I spent a very long time looking at different marble from a lot of suppliers as well as many completed projects before I found Gitani.Gitani not only had marble of the highest quality but also some amazing stone options I hadn't seen elsewhere.The quality of their workmanship is as good as I have seen. Recently Used Gitani Stone. Was awestruck by their showroom and the range of products. Then followed great customer service. From start to finish, and through a pandemic, they managed to get my stone installed in a timely manner, and it looks fantastic. With a long splash back I was concerned about a join, but they did their magic, and the grain of the stone all matches up beautifully. Very happy.

When you decide you want a beautiful stone bench top there is so much choice , natural or man made. I did my research , relied in part on reviewers just like me, and chose Gitani. You will find that I did seperate reviews on 2 other places that I also looked at. I am more than happy. Aside from Gitani having what I thought was a huge range of stone and more possible edge profiles than any other, the service was exceptional from the very start with those that I dealt with. Importantly however, the after sales service that I got was faultless! If you know anything about marble , which we chose, you will know that it is far more delicate that anything else. In our case , the island bench top snapped, in unfortunate circumstances before it made the front door. 48 hours later a new piece was delivered. I know these guys are busy so staggered at the turnaround. What's more, being a bit fussy , I asked them back to re hone a piece of the marble. 3 days later its done. Very happy, and perhaps a little bit smug that I chose Gitani as I don't think it's possible to get any better after sales service.

They have a great set of stone options to suit everyone's taste and style. Our stone benchtops were delivered and installed on time and the kitchen looks great. Gitani are amazing! On top of the selection of marble being unlike any other Stone supplier in Sydney (we checked them all) their level of service is impeccable! From the office staff and their clear communications to the precise time their contractors all arrive onsite to the amazing installation team who on top of being absolute perfectionists at their job have to be the two nicest guys around!
