Alana Saunders and the team have me up and running with the new TIPT system. Which allow's me to manage my business call's remotely, and efficiently.She was across everything during the process. And It's now working wonderfully! Alana is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. She has restored my faith in the Tel-Co God's :)

A big mistake. We signed up to a couple of corporate plans on the recommendation of Troy from the Bundall centre - we paid approx $2500 and have yet to been connected - 4 months delay. Have requested a facd to face meeting with the representative Troy & Business owner for 4 weeks in a row and have had no response. From my experience I would never deal with these people - it has cost me a great deal of time and money & potentially a law suit from my business''s ability to deliver based on representations made by Troy at the Telstra business centre.

After being given the run-around by overseas call-centres, I was super glad to run into Stuart Glasspole on the phone here. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and cleared up all my concerns. Thank you very much, you definitely saved me a few extra gray hairs!

He made all the changes we needed on our account, sold us a couple of extra phones and plans, worked out the best deal for our shared data and then offered us a product relevant to our business. Totally recommend Stuart as a brilliant Telstra Rep.

Terrible support when trying to update mobile, placed a new order and contract only to find two weeks later the contract hasn’t been submitted correctly,Waited three days for the original sales rep to return my call because no one else could fix the original problem without the need to charge me extra.So instead of following it up and trying to get another to get someone to return my call I asked for my contract and order to be cancelled, I’m not even sure if they are capable of doing that.Please do not cold call me again to see if I’m happy with my mobile plans and service, I am never dealing with your office again and will buy my mobile directly from Apple hassle free

Jake was absolutely amazing on the phone, great to speak with kind and understanding with the issues we were facing but helped us find multiple resolutions. Couldn't find a better telstra rep for over the phone
