I was almost left stranded. My bike was running on reserve, mobile phone was dead and I needed to transfer money from one account to another using my phone.I asked one of the staff members (He was working on refrigeration stock around 11am) for an unreasonable request, it was to open up a USB-C charger box, charge my phone and pay for both the charger and fuel.Thankfully he allowed me to, I did what I needed to do, paid for fuel and the charger and I was on my way.Thank you very much Rohit (I believe that was his name, he had glasses and black hair.)Excellent customer service, will definitely consider using Shell more often for gas stops.

Way too dear for petrol always charging extra $ for the same petrol down the road.Join Costco,ok you have to pay membership but you'll get it back with the money you save I've been buying fuel for over a year no problems

The worst service of any petrol station I have ever been. The staff are always on their phone, The tyre pump let's air out then goes into error. The petrol always costs more than anywhere close by. And when my 10l jerry can got to 12 l and wasn't full I complain to staff who put a sign on the pump. Only to remove it within 5 minutes as I went past the other direction there was someone at the same pump...

I don't go to petrol stations for petrol,but as a general rule of thumb, do not put prices on your products and then add in your mind extra money onto the product people decide you are a rip of and simply do not come back to your business. Never decide because a person doesn't bring it up. itdoes not mean they did not notice they we're ripped off. The guy was nice, except for the con.
