Harbour Therapy Clinic is offering something quite unique, all in the one place: Counselling; a range of psycho-therapeutic modalities; psychology; social services; and body based therapies such as yoga and massage. The eclectic team of practitioners provides services for children right through to older adults, individually and for couples. Being part of this growing business has been a rewarding and exciting experience.

A really warm, welcoming environment. Beautiful yoga classes and fantastic mindfulness courses. Surprising range of offerings - massage, nutrition, naturotherapy, counselling, yoga, qi-gong, the list goes on. Fantastic space for people in Coffs Harbour to wind down & reset.

Highly recommend Harbour Therapy Clinic.The director is not only an incredible therapist, she is a caring and dedicated professional. Rowena has a very holistic approach and offers support all the time, at any given time.I have been on my healing journey with her for years now, and i can easily say i would never be where i am today if i didn't have her. She cares so much and that shows in the attention and care she shows to her clients.

The 3 day group facilitation training at Harbour Therapy Clinic was mind blowing and great. I am glad I got this opportunity to attend it and it was a great experience. As I have never been into groups before but being in the inner and outer groups, it made me realised that it is important for you to be connected with a member and to reflect our thoughts on that. I would thank Rowena and Adam for making this happen and will wait for many more to come.

Last year I was traveling in Australia and needed to see a therapist, and I was blown away with how lovely the woman I saw there was. I can't remember her name but her kindness was astounding. I had little money, and she was willing to cut her price in order to help me and I just wish I was able to stay in the area in order to have continued to see her. I hope she gets this feedback as she really was one of the kindest therapists I've seen ♥

The utmost rudest, unprofessional and biggest man-hater I’ve ever encountered. The director is sure to turn your children against their father and fully without knowing the entire situation.They’ll even go AGAINST FCCA orders and letters from solicitors that clearly stipulates that the child cannot have any interaction with a treating professional, without prior consent. Understanding she isn’t very professional, but still is talking to children without consent from the father.Absolutely narrow-minded, unprofessional, rude and a complete man-hater. I would NOT recommend you see the director, or anyone from this facility.

Harbour Therapy Clinic
I recently attended a three day intensive training - Understanding Group Facilitation: challenges and intricacies of group work" with Adam MacLean organised by HTC. This was a wonderfully rich and immersive learning experience. I will take much of this learning back into my professional practice with both individuals and groups. It was also wonderful to be located walking distance from marine reserves
