Atlas Awnings
Couldn't fault the process or the build as a whole, but for near on 16k you would think that Atlas could offset the downpipe to run down the side of the nice 140mm timber merbau post, which cost an extra $500 to upgrade from the standard 115mm. Pretty lazy way to finish off what would've been a stella job. Otherwise, would recommend. Just be sure to nut out all the details if planning a similar job.

Our experience was amazing. Extremely professional, well priced and no hidden costs. We are more than happy with the end result. If I could give them no stars I would. What my father has had to deal with from the snarky receptionist to another lady saying she has called and left messages when they clearly haven’t. Let’s not start on the actual “job” they did, damaged product and installed incorrectly.I clearly bet there would be other locals in Ballina that feel the same.

The sales chap sealed the deal in a professional manner, but the installation dates moved a few times. Invoice arrived before the installation. Asked to be connected to the manager to share our frustrations and still waiting... it’s a no for a recommendation from us.

Lovely office staff. After that it becomes more difficult. Won't admit mistakes even when documented in writing. Had to get another mob (ALLMARK AWNINGS) to come out and finish the job. Once the right man was on the job it took all of 45 mins to complete the installation. Try elsewhere before Atlas would be my advice.

Fantastic service from quotation to construction. The whole team is extremely professional and accomodating, from Jeff doing the quote, to Ros in the office keeping us updated and to Kevin doing the construction. We would highly recommend the team at Altas Awnings in Ballina.
