Motors Holden Hobart

I recently purchase a new SSV Redline from Motors and whilst happy with the salesman and process I am disappointed that the company policy" is only to half fill the vehicles when they are delivered. It is not about the cost of the fuel its about leaving the customer with a great feeling. Put the extra $50

It was very sad to see Motors virtually empty. There were only a few cars in there. This one reminds me of my oldest cousin Kerry's car, hers was black too if my memory serves me correctly.

I recently bought a new Holden Trax for my wife and we were both extremely happy with the attention and the deal that Cameron and Roger gave to us. We would recommend Motors Hobart to anyone interested in a good deal and friendly service!!!!

Further to this post, Holden have denied out of hand all responsibility or claims saying the vehicle had never been back to them since it was sold.This is despite the evidence to the contrary that it went back for airbag replacement and a fault with a spark plug being loose which may have been a contributor to overheating and engine damage.Record keeping and customer service seem to be missing from the list of things Holden does well.Previous post.Writing on behalf of my sister who has been less than satisfied.Obviously since Holden no longer manufacture here the quality of after sales support has deteriorated.My sister purchased a second hand 2017 Holden Trax with 76000km on the clock in August 2020. 6 months later a head gasket blew. Upon repair at a reputable mechanic, the problem reoccurred 1 week later. After repairs and barely a week later the water pump failed. In the past 4 months the vehicle has been on the road for 2 weeks and cost in excess of $10,000 in repairs. Motors Holden whilst within their warranty rights (noting that they have at various times offered warranties up to 7 years), have shown no interest to take responsibility for a Holden vehicle that has obvious major faults and a lemon after just being out of its 3 year warranty.Holden obviously don't stand for quality anymore and Motors obviously don't stand by their reputation anymore.I can only recommend people buy elsewhere and buy other brands.

We Investigated new small vehicles of different makes around Hobart and finally settled on a Barina from Motors Holden.Great service from sales advisor who patiently led us through the features and the process, and other staff involved in the admin and service side. No problems with us wanting multiple viewings and phone advice. Even had a novel handover ceremony". We have had the car on the road now for a week and it certainly meets our needs and supports the comments made during the buying experience. Well done Motors! B & H Todd."

We love our new Holden Astra. We were very impressed with the salesman, Craig McGow. He told us everything we needed to know about the car, and if we needed anything else to not hesitate to contact him. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

I was having a holiday is August 2014 and there was this big Holden dealership and I thought wow. When I went there I had all the staff lined up and I was showing them the cars and they thought wow he knows much more than we do. Loved Holden’s since I was 15 months old.
