Incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly about being unhelpful.Only two stars not one because another staff member, Pauline was much more helpful and not rude after the other staff member left.

Very Rude staff i visit puma in dianella at 3:00 am on 14/01/2023 a old lady with brown short hair was working I went to door ring the bell and she call me f###k off from inside without any reason and heard it I ask her why did u call me f###k off and she start very rude with me I think she had bad night. I had Very bad experience.

One of the worse person ever i have seen in my life at this station, who really dont understand the situation, and length of the vehicle i had ute and trailer and i park to fill my ute but the lady at counter didn’t open the lock to fill the fuel in my ute the reason she said i need to park in a way she want which was not possible, she didn’t listen me what i try to explain her and she gave me her useless suggestion to park my vehicle . And she refuse to fill the fuel.I am requesting to the manager before hire these people please check there IQ level so that they know how things work with different vehicles.

Lady working the night shift is new and has an attitude. Fair enough to enforce customers to prepay but why make a big deal about processing partial refunds? Literally took 30seconds to do it.

Very bad service rude lady work in early morning after 6am she thinking like she is boss but she is nothing, she don’t know anything about price and offer just sell her own ego, yesterday I was looking for some mobile accessories brand name is Walkntalk and it has 15% off so I told her can i get 15% so she told me no and I saw it’s valid until 21/02/2023, I told her what is the meaning of 15% so she’s behaviour changed and she denied me and I left store then i realised i have to take picture of offer, so I go back for take pictures of offer and rude lady removed 15% tag in front of me I saw tag on her hand I told her why did you tag off this offer, she didn’t give me any answer, I told her 3 times then she told me go out from store, and I told her you are so rude, I never buy anything from this store believe me guys you can go and check every puma has offer until 21 February but that ego-full lady removed offer, and saw her again picture of offer which I already took 3 hours ago before I entered in store but her ego heart and for her self satisfaction she refused me, she has 0 knowledge.

I often drop in to this Puma at 5am on my way North. That’s because I get to have a friendly chat with Kylie and a yummy coffee ready to go, from her spotless counter. I appreciate the people who work through the night for our convenience.

I'm a regular customer to this servo most of the Staff there are absolutely amazing besides a few of the male customers and an older lady who calls people sweety.She tends to get very disorganized, Upset quickly and chucks a hissy fit when things don't go her way.

Filled car up today and the lady who was working was exceptionally professional and her customer service was of a very high standard.The only downfall of this service station is when you want to turn right at the lights, very hard to cross to turning lane - other than that GREAT LOCATION.
