There were two staff members in the store , no welcome , no acknowledgement , no smile , totally rude and no even interested in assisting myself and mother . After 5 mins of waiting ...one of the ladies decided to ask what we would like , she then went on to say , I will be with you in a few moments , so another 5 mins , then asked what are you looking for ?? Satin silk please , then two books thrown on the counter and the assistant walks away .. service NOT !!!! Non existent !!

Complete waste of time, staff seemed reluctant to even show fabrics that I had asked for. Warwick, Mocum provided much better service than this lacklustre experience.

I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with purchasing fabrics from Elliott Clarke. I've dealt with staff in their showroom as well as in their office and they've always been more than helpful.
