The best staff. Kelvin and the crew offered sunscreen when we had forgotten ours

It's a nice outside venue for the kids to have a swim. The 3 different pools are great. The water feature for the kids to run through is a hit. My kids love going to the Deception Bay Aquatic Centre, it's been nice to see the changes over the years and how my kids enjoy it as I did when I was their age. It's also got a gym which I like to look at. :)! It definitely caters to the physically fit and those who like to incorporate water exercise into their daily routines. :) We definitely will keep enjoying our local swimming pool.

4 pools and a wet play area.2 of pools closed.No roaming lifeguards.Have to pay to watch your kids, although it's pretty cheap.

Love the open air 50m pool, the only issue is the men's showers are too hot, and can't be regulated. Local staff don't seem to know how to fix.

My kids love the cool water park play area they have. Their favourites are the big tipping bucket and 2 fixed water guns to shoot each other with.

Great place for the whole family.

I've changed my 5 star review since our last 2 visits.

Took my Two children here after school. On entry I was served by a staff member ( young boy) whom I found immediately very rude and unwelcoming, did not use his manners when I paid and just asking for a bottle of water was just too much trouble for him.After paying and gaining entry, he sat back down and was straight on his phone. The changing rooms desperately need updating as very dark and dingy, the showers are just cold water. However I was pleased when we got into the pool and it was heated so quite enjoyable. The enjoyment was short lived though as the kids were just standing on the side jumping in (not taking running jumps or being silly) whilst I was supervising them. That same boy who served us decided that he was bored on his phone and shouted rudely don't jump in the pool". The kids were just trying to enjoy them selves! When I questioned him further and told him this was the only pool that forbid kids jumping in

Great place for kids. Unfortunately, they don't serve any hot food anymore? I'm not sure why that decision was made. The kawn needed mowing, and it looked a bit run down. Otherwise, kids love the water play park.
