Bathurst Centre for Dental Excellence
Dr Chua is so gentle and thorough with his work - he explains exactly what is going on, what he is going to do and why and even gives you a forewarning of the procedure costs (very much appreciated for a student such as myself)!I had been going to the dental clinic my family has always gone to but after a few bad experiences I opted to try another one and I was not disappointed.

Bathurst Centre for Dental Excellence
My review is more than fair. I was spoken to abruptly and quickly dismissed,even though I had an emergency. Nothing helpful whatsoever was offered. You are a dental practice,obviously you regularly deal with emergencies. Clearly you need to make more space for the patients who need it the most. I gave two stars because I am sympathetic that things can be difficult when it is very busy,otherwise I would have given 1 star!

William is an exceptional dentist. He explains everything he is doing and the quality of his work is outstanding. William and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. His dental surgery is state of the art and his experience, knowledge and skill as a dental surgeon is fantastic. I highly recommend his practice.

I would have liked to give Dr Chua and all the wonderful staff here 10 Stars. Myself and my 3 kids will only go to him. Dr Chua takes the time to be caring, gentle and very informative in all his treatments. He is great with kids and the nervous adults too! Well done Dr Chua and staff! You all deserve the Best dental clinic of the year in Bathurst! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 110 % from the Shields family.

Thank you to Dr Chua and his dental team for your professional work. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in with friendly staff greeting and a clean, relaxing waiting area. Dr Chua makes you feel comfortable with treatment options best suited for your budget and dental needs, taking care of you as a whole person and not just the teeth. My children also attended as part of the Dental Scheme and felt very at ease with Dr Chua and staff as they make it fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Dental Clinic to all in the Bathurst and surrounding areas.

Bathurst Centre for Dental Excellence
The best dental treatment with professional care and education about dental care while sitting on the dentist chair. Dr William Chua didn't just treat our teeth but educated us on a whole range of medical issues related to dental care. Excellent service. If you haven't got a dentist or are afraid of visiting a dentist, I fully recommend going to him.The team was lovely too. Shout out to Vic, Michelle and Lily.
