I had a very bad experience I was encouraged to use cash, no contactless payment terminal. No invoice, no receipt. In the end I had to do an EFT to the bank account for this man. Clearly a business where the ATO needs to go through the books. I will no be returning, as I prefer to support genuine businesses.

Warning!Avoid and don’t go near his place!This shop damaged my clothes. While they transport it to a third party to complete the service. It took over two weeks to fix a button, and then one of the piece was teared and damaged.This shop only collects cash. They provide tailor service but no professional or skilled tailor, therefore can fix a button but took weeks, caused significant damage.Better don’t go near this shop, the level of headache and damage to your clothes not worth the few dollar you saved in having to pay cash at all times.

Leo the owner gave me some great customer service today.I wanted to write this as a thanks.I took in a dress and asked if how long it would take to get done. He mentioned he wouldn't run the machine until Saturday due to the reduction in people wanting dry cleaning due to COVID. I said that I needed to wear it on Saturday and he delighted me by having it ready for Friday. I am so thankful.All of my garments are now in perfect condition, he got out a tough stain on a suit jacket too.I highly recommend Leo and supporting small business.FYI it's CASH ONLY but you honestly save money going to him.THANKS LEO!

I rarely write reviews, but I must share how good this service is! I dropped 5 shirts to be dry cleaned late on Friday evening, in the hope I could pick them up the following day. It was confirmed they would be ready to collect no earlier than 5pm the next day. On the Saturday, I was in the area at 3pm and so I swung by on the off chance to see if they were ready. When I arrived the shirts weren't ready, but despite me being early, the owner kindly delivered the shirts to my home later that day (free of charge), to save me returning again. They really went the extra mile! Shirts were cleaned perfectly too!
