We are renovating so went in to select new kitchen and laundry appliances. The salesman who helped us gave us a quick rundown and offered us the opportunity to look around before he took our orders. He seemed surprised we were ready to proceed. This suggests that a lot of people go there unprepared. We had already reviewed a fair bit online so quickly selected an oven, cook top, range hood, dishwasher, taps, filter, sinks refrigerator and washing machine and dryer in quick succession. I think we were done in less than 30 minutes. Our salesman helped us pick in our price range, gave us discounts and emailed everything to us and well within our budget. He really knew his products, their strengths and weaknesses and which models suited our needs. I was really impressed. They also offered to discount the prices further if we could find a better deal elsewhere on any of the items. Highly recommended.

I went here to look at and see cooktops operating. None of these were powered, so I might as well have been looking at half a dozen black pieces of glass. The sales guy had no knowledge whatsoever and was just reading off the website. 1 star for the free coffee.

Bought dishwasher and had it delivered and installed. Service was first-class right through to installation

Repeat customer. Always happy with the brilliant service. When I asked about a dishwasher repairman a few years ago, they took the trouble to check and found out my dishwasher had an old recall on the electric board and would be repaired for free 12 years after purchase. Now that is good service!

Very rude person named owen Hera singh who is the product expert. He don't know how to talk to people . Please send him for proper training ,how to deal with the customers.

The experience from the beginning to the end was a good one, everyone was very professional and very helpful.

Awful experience, i have never experienced such a bad customer service so far. They simply ignore customer by pretending that they are super busy and didn’t approach me once enter their showroom.none of them help me find what i need they just referred me to relevant section and said that’s all we have.none of them wearing name tag and very was untidy.Variety of products are very limited and most of them doesn’t have price tags or specification sheets.Never recommend anyone to visit their showroom. Very disappointed

Winning needs one more star. Second to none for Sales and Service. Best Quality appliances and prices. Our experience in purchasing was the best we have ever had and we are 70+.

Great range of Smeg appliance on display, we were attended by friendly staff who offer possible discounts as well. Would have been 5 star, could improve on product knowledge.
