We love this store. It's our local and our puppy pulls us along to the store as soon as she realises we're going there. Staff are helpful and friendly and we can find most of what we're looking for. Only very occasionally have I had to go elsewhere.They also have a self serve dog wash & dry facility which is even amazing if doggo needs dried off after the rain.

if you don’t have patient to do price match then please do not say you do price match here. One of the staff no patient at all and I can even hear ‘oh my god’ from her. I bought 6 items. And only price matched 2 of them.

The dog baths outside Habitat are life savers, especially coming back from the park with your dog rolled in mud. Good stuff Habitat

I regularly go to the Port Melbourne Store as the staff are always happy to greet Mia and I and are friendly and helpful, they give Mia treats and acknowledge her.I was on my way home and in north Melbourne and came into the store the staff we not warm nor friendly. They suited Melbourne’s weather right now, COLD, BITTER and NOT WARM!!! my biggest mistake to come get rather than the friendly store in Port Melbourne. Do yourself a favour and go visit Port Melbourne crew not this unwelcoming store in North Melbourne !!!

Lovely store with great selection of food and treatos and other bits and pieces. We use the bath spaces that is accessible 24/7 and having 12 minutes instead of 10 like other places is really handy.

I have moved to another suburb but I still drive over to northmelb because all of the staff are wonderful. Always welcoming, knowledgeable and happy to have a fun chat, well it's me who chat chat chats. Their love of dogs is just the best. Thankyou everyone for looking after my Billy whenever we pop in. Great customer service.. xxx
