If i could leave 0 stars I would. Can't even get an order right when it is slow. Tried them for the first time after a long time. Now I remember why I didn't go back before. Jason is just as poor as his mother elli was at picking staff and service. Won't be back.

Waited for ages and drove home to a poor quality lunch. Schnitzel dry and half the Schnitzel was so dry and overcooked that it was inedible. Not worth the wait.

I think it's the best in the area by far chips are always great and crispy all staff are super friendly been going there for about 16 years very very clean chicken shop everything on the menu is superb

I would not recommend ordering food from the Fairview chicken shop because they alway miss items from your orders and when you call to complain they put the phone down on you the service is disgraceful

It is plain to see that the owners of this shop do not give a toss about customer satisfaction, I sent PM on their facebook page and in 24 hours no reply, then you look at these comments and they don't respond, My last to visits went like this put in my order and got a ticket waited and waited and they called out the 5 numbers above mine when I asked they said it won't be long as the chit went missing 35 minutes for $5 of chips then yesterday I ordered a wing hot pack, and paid the premium for the wing, got home and it was a leg I hate legs, can't you get anything right, chucked it in the bin and got a Pizza from Joe at Verdi's at least they understand customer satisfaction, it's not hard, and this will not let you score ziro - It is pleasing that after only a few hours of posting this that the owners made contact and firstly apologised and explained the situation which is good, I was probably haste in posting my comment, but was grossly disappointed.
