Brand new building with 2 spacious halls. Suitable for family and community groups.

Brand new venue in Dandenong. It used to be a Rays Tent City but has been extensively renovated. When I visited it was still very new and fresh, you can still smell the fresh woodwork and paint. Staff were friendly and helpful, I was there for a dinner dance/buffet/fundraiser. Interesting layout with a floor above the main level that looks down onto the main area. Top level has its own stage area and can be closed off from below. Decor is bright and modern and very simple, no flashy ostentation. The toilets are immaculate, bright and modern. Their is a lift from the ground level to the First floor for loading in equipment etc or disabled access. The function I was at had well over 500 people and could easily hold 100-200 more, especially if a buffet is not taking up a lot of space. There is fenced parking around the back of the venue, but nowhere near enough for a full house, so street parking in an after hours industrial area is necessary for most guests.

Great venue with very modern facilities, including dance floor, stage and audio visual equipment.The venue was very clean and well managed by the organisers. Highly recommended for corporate and community functions.
