Evershine Dry Cleaners

It’s been days since they said it would be done, and every day they have a new excuse as to why it isn’t there.They’d said it would be done and back in 3 days but it’s been a week now with no clue as to when it’s coming back.

I would give negative one star if there is an option. I dropped my 6 months new Sheridan quilt to dry cleaning in there Margaret shop, it went missing for over a week. spoke to 3 of staff last week, they all said will get back to me, I heard nothing back. then I chased up again, no one pick up the phone. There is no customer service. It has been to the point to ask for a replacement. Do not go there.

Got there at 5:00pm to drop off Clothes after work n Lady said they were closed even though their google page says 5:30.

After 2k of my clothes disappeared I investigated this bogus company. Evershine & Pinelands drycleaning has many names.PJ FamilyTrust, InstituteOfDrycleaning (accc2003 -accused industy marfia, and illegal declaration as authority for drycleaning chemicals) IndianTextiles Victoria. Peter TheMeat TrayMan.They loose clothing, the disappearances are linked to the companies front man, Krishna Murphi. Who drives the delivery van. All the way to his clothing retail company in Melbourne, I presume. So here's what I found out.All complaints are met with a we the Australian drycleaning institute says...."- you need to show proof you purchased and own the missing or damaged clothes.- they are not responsible for damages or missing clothes- they do not need to disclose business information or insurance policies.Ok so here's they thing.
