When collecting my order, the lady serving us was quite rude. She said they called 5 days ago but there was no answer. Very interesting that they call you with a private number and then hang up after 10 seconds without leaving any messages or voicemail which wouldn't be possible since they didn't even let the call go for long enough to get there.I mentioned that I was about to answer but they hung up so quickly and she replied with yeah. Can't be on the phone all day." She even acknowledged that she knew they were calling from a private number... For a business. We found that kind of ridiculous."

Enquired about a ring that was located and sold through a Sydney based business. KT Jewellery had the ring shipped to their store within the time they specified and at a price that I was extremely pleased with. The same prompt service was received in relation the the rings certificate of authenticity. The service and the ring quality I could not fault. The in store service was polite and professional. From my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending KT Jewellery.

A great family Business. An act that caught my attention, over ten years ago, was how the proprietor, saw me urgently requiring a wedding ring, from other shops, without luck. Koko made it happen. He has had my business ever since, would equate to over 20K worth now. Really lovely, helpful people.Koko and Ara, are true professional, always offering sensible, non-profit orientated advice. I would recommend no other jewellery shop in Glen Waverley, to match their service, etiquette and morals, in doing business. I will always support family businesses like these!

Just wanted share that we had an amazing experience with KT Jewellers. They listened to our needs, put in lots of effort to get us a choice of stones to choose from, and then put together the most perfect engagement ring with a yellow sapphire in the time frame that we needed it!! I have a sentimental necklace which over the years had been repaired by another jeweller, unfortunately it continued to break.KT went above and beyond to have this piece repaired in time for my sons wedding, not only is it looking better than new it feels so much more comfortable to wear as it's clearly been repaired by craftsman in their field.I won't hesitate to return to this store for future repairs and purchases as they clearly excel in their knowledge and professionalism.

12 years ago I purchased a sentimental ring for myself from KT Jewellery. Their design and individuality was what captured me. I have worn my original ring through every kind of activity and the quality of the ring has never wavered.
