Studio Pilates International Avalon Beach

We have been attending training for one month now and the staff are very friendly and at tentative. The workouts are very varied and interesting and I can see some very positive results. This is a really good all body workout.

after years of sports my body began to remind me of the injuries amd compensations that it has made. The new kids on the block Studio Pilates have made a fab new home in Avalon. I’m new to Reformer work and find their programme very safe and varied. I walk out of my workouts feeling 2cm taller !

I’ve just completed the 6 class intro pack, it’s such great value. I absolutely love the workouts. I feel stronger already, I highly recommend Studio Pilates Avalon.

I've never ever enjoyed doing exercise to be honest ! Since starting with Studio Pilates Avalon I feel it's more like a hobby than exercise! Plus my body is changing shape faster than I can believe! I've always had annoying back niggles, however now none due to Pilates. I love all the instructors so kind and helpful. If your like me who hates exercise give this a try you'll be so surprised !!

I wanted to find an exercise routine I loved so I could stick to it and transform my body. I’ve definitely found that in Studio Pilates with the Avalon team! The instructors are SO lovely and knowledgeable and really make sure your posture is right and you are pushing yourself in the right ways. It’s a beautiful studio with a inclusive welcoming vibe, all ages, genders and experience. It’s so good for my mental and physical health, loving every session!!
