Do not deal with this company. They will promise you the world and will just deliver you an Atlas. Promise install dates that they don't keep, then advise you when they will be able to complete the installation only to contact you to arrange an installation date, so one part of their business does not know what the other part is doing.Will then contact you to advise that they don't have any installers to complete your installation, therefore what inexperienced installers are they going to use?You can contact their listed numbers and receive a recorded message advising that the extension you are contacting is on the phone. You can leave a messsage but they won't call you back.You can send them an email advising that you want to cancel the agreement and get your deposit back and you will receive a call within 5 minutes promising you the world again!!! To no avail I'm still holding the Atlas.You can then email again requesting a full refund of your deposit paid and you won't be contacted by email or phone. Rohit in Office Administration will canvas the calls first before he will answer the phone.I have been in business for myself for nearly 30 years and all of the above screams of a business in dire trouble. It looks as though I have done my deposit, make sure you don't make the same mistake!!!!

I am very happy with NRG7 solar install in my place in Brisbane. Their rates were the most competitive when i shopped around. Their before install and post install process was very smooth. I would recommend going with them.

Hi. I have the system installed in the past week. My experience with the installer and admin has been good. Admin Rohit especially has been very responsive with my queries. However I'm still not happy with few things. Especially the sales quote. I got the verbal quote from the sales person and my mistake i didnt get it in writing. The sales pitch for me especially in regards to workmanship warranty was 12 years (plus some special warranty related to workmanship which i cant remember now) and is typically what many solar companies are quoting. I would like to know from others what was quoted to them in terms of warranties and guarantees. My system is 5kw Goodwe and 330watts qcell panels. Also I dont have great experience with solar inspection although i understand its not directly related to NRG7 but inspector is arranged by their installer . Inspector came and checked the inverter and cabling around it and the switchboard and said its all good and perfect. He was about to leave when i asked if he needs to check the solar panels. He agreed and borrowed my ladder which is not high enough to climb on top of the roof. So the inspector stood on top of the ladder (did not climb the roof for a closer look) and had a glance and declared that its all perfect. He also assured me that my solar installer's job is generally very good and professional. After the inspector left i called my neighbour who's installers were on his roof at the same time as my inspector and asked him why they were there second time. He told me that his inspector visited a week prior and was on the property for 3-4 hours and was also on roof for long time. His solar system passed the inspection but inspector advised that his panels were slightly sitting higher off the tiles than recommended and hence his company chose to fix this issue. Based on the amount of time his inspector took to inspect the solar system I wonder if my inspection happened properly or should i consider it as an inspection that has never happened on my system. Also i read on CEC website and solar victoria i think that solar inspector must climb on the roof and inspect the panels. Would like to know what others' experience has been and if they were able to get the reinspection done if they had a similar situation. Would like to post this on whirlpool too to get people's opinion.

I want to share my warranty experience that I had with NRG7 after a year and a half of installation. My inverter was playing up I rang NRG7 and spoke to Rohit asked him if he could organise for someone to inspect and repair my inveter . Rohit said he will organise it so I waited a few days then rang and was told that the installer will be around Friday or 100% Saturday he will call before hand . So Friday and Saturday went by no call from the installer or Rohit so I rang on the Monday and asked the question why didnt the installer show up and why no curiosity call . Rohit had the excuse that the installer worked the other side of town I replied where was my call . I asked if I could have the installers number but no reply . I emailed Rohit to ask when will my inverter be looked now , I was being ignored so I decided to ring a local solar installer to ask if he could look a t a warranty job even if they wernt the ones that installed it i had it looked at and fixed within 24 hours. So if your thinking NRG7 warranty think twice , not happy

Pros: Fast quote and out of 10 quotes from different companies this was one of 2 companies that actually checked the path of the sun and suggested the correct and best installation location of the solar panels.Installation was quick.Cons: My lawnmower found many bolts left on the lawn and a large mounting solar panel mounting bracket, I found several screws left in the driveway before my wife drove over them.On top of the carelessness it was too much work to mount the invertor next to the meter box out of the sun, now during hot days the invertor is too hot to touch.As you can see in the photos most companies will mount the panels inline with each other, this time they were not.

Nrg7 has been very professional in their approach while doing solar and led installations at my property. The sales consultants were very professional, down to earth and not very pushy. I chose nrg7 for my solar installations cos it offered me the best price on premium products.
