I have had the pleasure of using Steelmart services and products this year as a first time self employed business owner and found the team here have exceptional customer service and care to ensure that you achieve your project objectives. Their attention to detail and going out of their way to help you resolve complex issues on current works cannot be faulted and the can do positive attitude of the staff is so refreshing in today's busy and hectic work place.

I received excellent service from Steelmart Sunshine Coast. Rob provided prompt professional service including offering me cost savings as well as accommodating my order changes. Rob was very communicative answering my requests very promptly. Shane did an amazing job of delivering my order, taking the time to place the steel inside my property which required considerable skill and effort to navigate the tight opening on the residential allotment. Congratulations to Rob and Shane on very professional service.

As an owner builder with not a clue in the world it’s not only hard to know what to ask for but also who to trust. Steel mart in Coolum are the most friendly and helpful group with all things steel related, happy to hold your hand and walk you through the process and answer as many questions as you need to get you through the job. It starts from the sales staff, but the service is still just as good at the delivery end. And it’s not just big jobs I’ve been waiting for something in the office and they were just as helpful when a old guy walked in for a looking for a small piece of scrap for his project. If you need some steel go see these people!!!
